Fritz Kling has written a new book called "The Meeting of the Waters." Fritz worked for a number of years for a christian foundation here in Richmond that supported various evangelical endeavors around the world.

You can open this link and read the intro and ch. 1. I think it's a very good book with great insight which thankfully avoids the tired language of "post modern" analysis. I commend it to you.
